Twelve years ago my world turned upside down when I underwent two back surgeries in one month as a result of ruptured discs. That's when I discovered the power of small steps. By focusing on small steps and 1% improvements each day, I was able to improve my health and fitness, achieve my goals, and surpass doctors expectations. It's how I created a healthy lifestyle plan that works.
